Hello: From Atl.

Hi!
I just wanted to drop by and introduce myself quickly. My name is Holly and I am an arts and crafts junkie. I was introduced to digital scrapbooking by a long-time friend who also lurks around here (rachapman).

I have been watching the challenges for about a month, maybe a little longer. I have wanted to participate but was kind of scared to? I am not sure why, its not like you have scrapbooking scissors to chase me with or anything! lol.

I did my first challenge today, I am kind of excited about that.

I love my dogs. I am a part of the Atlanta Miniature Schnauzer Rescue. I have one mini name Sophie. I also have a year old Giant Schnoodle named Willy who is a GIANT HAM when I whip out the camera.

Anyway, I enjoy taking care of my animals (I do have more than just two dogs), I love to crochet, sew, paint, draw, read, listen to music, take my dogs for brisk walks, and just about anything else I can get my hands on.

I know how scary it is to do the first one- but honestly, the girls here just LOVE to see what you create, no matter if you are a beginner or a seasoned pro!

Welcome to the site Holly!!!! Glad that your friend could persuade you to check us out! (And Renee's little 'teddy bear' avatar is VERY familiar to those of us who haunt DSO... hee hee hee...) I respect a true 'crafty' person... I am much more at home on the computer than with a glue gun or pair of scissors in my hand. LOL! I'm slowly trying to convert all of my 'paper scrapping' friends into digi addicts like me!

You've done a great job with your layouts so far!!!!! Woohoo!!! You are a natural! Can't wait to see what else you come up with!

First of all, WELCOME to DSO!!!
I'm so glad Renee got you into this! :D And second of all... STOP LURKING!!! hahahaha
We want to see your beautiful creations!!! The challenges are a great way to 'practice' and get the creative juices flowing, and with your talents I'm sure you'll have to start distributing bibs to all of us drooling over your stuff! ;)
